In this modern world work accomplishment has made easier due to technology and innovation. Thus most of the work is done while seated with less physical activity involved. This is very good because work is finished easily and development has been accelerated.

But this is detrimental to our bodies because they hàve become dormant due to reduced body activity that even movements are in cars or motorcycles and walking is no more
On the other hand our bodies are like automobiles and every second chemical processes (metabolic activities) are taking place whether you are doing any physical activities or not.
The biggest problem comes in when all your work and movements are done while seated. And yet through out the day you have to eat all your meals with little or no physical activities.
The energy taken in during the day yet not properly utilized becomes a serious health problem in the long run. This energy is stored as fat in the adipose tissue and some of it’s physical and metabolic consquences pose a big health issue.
Then we need to do something after work
